Every Sanctum 7 date includes the same seven-day programme: whole-property exclusivity at Earnscleugh Castle, breakfast, lunch and three-course dinners by private chef Aaron Brunet, a twelve-person specialist team, naturopathy consultation, functional testing guidance, herbal remedy workshop, breathwork, sound healing, lymphatic drainage massage and daily wellness rituals.
